Stop halfway at the beautiful beach of Gjipe, to relax, swim, and explore on foot the secluded bay’s Red Rock Canyon. In the afternoon we will head for Jal, following a succession of small gravel beaches, caves and vertical cliffs. Relax and enjoy the evening in Jal Beach.

Day 3: The Albanian Riviera Continued
Paddle out from Jal, checking other small beaches along the coast until the beach of Livadh, where we will stop to rest and have lunch. In the afternoon we will continue to paddle and reach the picturesque coastal town of Himara, where we will stop for the night. It is a great place to relax, swim and walk along the lively waterfront.
Day 4: A lovely day in Himara
After a relaxed breakfast, we will go to visit the Himara Fortress. The maze of stone cobbled alleys leads to a fantastic panoramic terrace-bar. In the afternoon, we will paddle to Filikur beach, and enjoy the magnificent place till sunset.
Day 5: Porto Palermo and the Fortress of Ali Pasha.
In the last paddling section, we will leave Himara and paddle along the beautiful beaches of Potam, Filikur and Llaman until reaching the splendid bay of Porto Palermo, where we will paddle in front of what was once a top secret naval base. After stepping out of the kayaks, visit the fortress of Ali Pasha Tepelena. In the afternoon we will walk to Old Qeparo – the stone built village on top of the hill, dominating the entire bay.
