We are looking for new guides for our outdoor activities. All “Outdoor Staff” will be trained by us to guide in the following activities:

• Snowshoeing
• Rafting
• Mountain biking
• Kayaking
• Hiking

These are the tasks we will expect you to perform:

Guiding

• Take car of guest and make sure they are safe.
• Brief the group.
• Communicate program to group.
• Resolve any problems.
• Maintain group atmosphere.
• Arrange logistics

Qualities

• Flexibility
• Good sense of humour
• Good at problem solving
• Responsible
• Enjoy the outdoors!
• Service minded
• Fluent Albanian and one other European language.
• Driving license (preferred)

Age

• 20 +
